According to the Hartford Business Journal, a mixed‑use property at 295–325 Treadwell St. in Hamden sold for $2.8 million, based on property records. The 6.53‑acre site was acquired by Spring Glen Business Center LLC and includes a 45,072‑square‑footoffice‑warehouse building with flex space, a 7,520‑square‑foot music venue known as Space Ballroom, and a 4,116‑square‑foot building occupied by The Cellar on Treadwell.
