According to the Hartford Business Journal, neighboring retail and office properties at 259 and 279 New Britain Road in Berlin sold for $2 million to a limited liability company affiliated with Katz Family LLC and Katz Family Dental Care. The transaction included a 2,120-square-foot retail building on 0.85 acres and a 30,120-square-foot office building on a 1-acre parcel, for a combined 32,240 square feet of improvements.
