According to the Hartford Business Journal, The Best Postcards sold a roughly 20,000-square-foot industrial building at 21 Diana Court in Cheshire for $2.64 million, less than a year after acquiring the property for $2.1 million. The building, constructed in 2002, sits on 3.3 acres and was purchased by L&M Realty LLC in a transaction recorded on Aug. 7. The Best Postcards had originally acquired the asset as a potential expansion property but opted to sell it while pursuing a larger facility to support the company’s growing printing and direct-mail operations.
