According to the Hartford Business Journal, Seyon Group acquired a 13-property industrial portfolio in East Hartford for $36.05 million, including 11 industrial, office, manufacturing, and storage buildings totaling 419,108 square feet along Prestige Park Road and Prestige Park Circle, plus two vacant industrial parcels totaling 9.56 acres. The portfolio encompasses approximately 28.8 acres of improved property and includes assets such as 60 Prestige Park Road (48,098 square feet), 91 Prestige Park Circle (40,998 square feet), and 284-310 Prestige Park Road (56,744 square feet), with building vintages ranging from 1964 to 1987.
