According to the Hartford Business Journal, Rex Bloomfield LLC acquired a flex industrial property at 105 W. Dudley Town Road in Bloomfield for an estimated $1.86 million from Lombardo Development LLC. The asset consists of a 23,825-square-foot one-story building with office and warehouse space situated on 2.51 acres and was constructed in 1988. The property is approximately 90% leased to a mix of tenants, and the new ownership group, backed by Rex Property Group LLC and ZKH Equity LLC, intends to retain it as a long-term investment.
