According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 16-acre development site at 250 Rye St. in South Windsor approved for a 198,735-square-foot warehouse has been brought to market.  The property is owned by Altatwo Realty Co. and is being marketed by Sentry Commercial after an initial effort to secure a tenant, expanding the opportunity to include both users and developers, according to Mark Duclos of Sentry Commercial. The fully approved plan includes 103 car parking spaces, 40 trailer spaces, 20 loading docks with LED lighting, and a new freight rail spur, with convenient access to Route 5 and Interstates 91 and 84.
