According to the Hartford Business Journal, an LLC affiliated with Desmarais Property Maintenance purchased a former manufacturing facility at 229 Cross St. in Bristol for $2.1 million. The transaction involved a 74,255-square-foot light industrial building situated on approximately 3.14 acres, containing a mix of office, warehouse, and manufacturing space.
