According to the Hartford Business Journal, Greenwich Medical Center, a 106,092-square-foot medical office campus located at 75 Holly Hill Lane in Greenwich, sold for $65 million. Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. acquired the property through a joint venture with KKR, while Benedict Realty Group was the seller. The Class A medical campus was renovated in 2016, is approximately 97% leased, and is situated along West Putnam Avenue in Greenwich’s established medical corridor.
