According to the Hartford Business Journal, a family-owned manufacturing operation in Middletown purchased the industrial property it had occupied for several years, paying $3.5 million for the asset at 2303 South Main St. The property consists of a 31,920-square-foot industrial building constructed in 1978 and situated on 3.8 acres.
