According to the Hartford Business Journal, Brady Sullivan Properties is seeking approval to convert a vacant office building at Waterside Crossing in Windsor into 57 apartment units as part of its continued redevelopment activity in the town’s Day Hill corridor. The proposal targets an office property that has struggled with vacancy and reflects the ongoing trend of repositioning obsolete office assets into multifamily housing.
