According to the Hartford Business Journal, Area Cooperative Education Services purchased its New Haven headquarters from James Street LLC, for $14.6 million in a transaction recorded in late April. The deal involved a 185,302-square-foot, four-story office building situated on roughly 4 acres at 370 James St., which was originally built in 1915 and later converted from a former paper mill.
