According to the Hartford Business Journal, a roughly 40,000-square-foot, four-story office and retail building at 423–425 Main St. in downtown Middletown sold for $3 million to a New York-based investor entity, deepening its Connecticut real estate holdings. The brick building, originally constructed in 1944, is approximately 80% occupied and features ground-floor retail with office space above.
