According to the Hartford Business Journal, Norwalk Marine Contractors acquired its longtime headquarters at 245 Access Road in Stratford for $1.65 million after occupying the property as a tenant for more than a decade.  The transaction involved a 25,000-square-foot industrial building situated on approximately 4 acres of industrially zoned land.
