According to the Hartford Business Journal, a family trust acquired a 27,200‑square‑foot industrial building at 116 Willenbrock Road in Oxford for approximately $3.1 million. The property, built in 1999, sits on 7.69 acres and was purchased by the Joyce 2014 Irrevocable Trust for use by Joyce Van Lines, a moving and storage company based in Oxford. The seller was SR1 Properties LLC, which had acquired the site in 2019 for $1.93 million.
