According to the Hartford Business Journal, Estero Holding Company LLC received approval for two 9-foot-6-inch monument-style signs at its planned 15,539-square-foot retail plaza at 529 Cottage Grove Road in Bloomfield. The roughly 8-acre parcel, owned by the University of Hartford, sits between a Lowe’s-anchored plaza and Corporate Crossing office park along Route 218. Estero has secured Sherwin-Williams Paint for the western portion of the one-story building.
