According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Massachusetts-based investment group paid $4.2 million for an industrial warehouse in South Windsor. The transaction involved a 60,072-square-foot building constructed in 1988 on approximately 3.1 acres at 1590 John Fitch Boulevard, which was sold by Larnick LLC. The buyer was an affiliate of Sticks Investment Group, which focuses on acquiring and repositioning industrial properties across New England.
