According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 196,860‑square‑foot medical office building at 260 Long Ridge Road in Stamford sold for $71 million following a major tenant lease. The three‑story property was acquired by Stamford 260 MP RK7 LLC, an entity tied to Medical Properties VII JV LLC, and was sold by 260 Long Ridge Land LLC, which is controlled by CRK Holding LLC and PJK Holding. The building, constructed in 1970, was appraised at $39.3 million and assessed at $27.5 million in 2024.
