According to the Hartford Business Journal, a limited liability company affiliated with First Fuel Oil LLC purchased a 47,975‑square‑foot industrial building at 118 Quinnipiac Ave. in North Haven for $2 million. The property sits on approximately 6.8 acres and includes an original structure built in 1969 with subsequent additions, located directly next to the company’s existing facility at 120 Quinnipiac Ave. Part of the building will be used to support First Fuel Oil LLC’s expanding truck fleet, while the balance of the space is expected to be leased to third parties.
