Mike Cote brings over 30 years of hands-on maintenance, facilities, and tenant service experience to Sentry Commercial Property Management. He recently joined the team as a Field Engineer, supporting day-to-day property operations and ensuring buildings are maintained to the highest standards.
Most recently, Mike spent 15 years with Indus Realty (formerly Griffin Land) as a Service Technician and Tenant Liaison, where he worked directly with tenants to address maintenance needs, performed on-site repairs, coordinated outside contractors, and managed critical building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire pumps.
Mike’s background also includes HVAC apprenticeship training, mechanical and automotive education, and long-term customer service experience. Known for his reliability, strong communication skills, and problem-solving approach, Mike is a valuable addition to our property management team and a trusted point of contact for both tenants and vendors.
