    Winstanley Enterprises, LLC has announced two new leases at the former Hallmark Cards facility at 25 Bacon Road, Enfield CT:  Veritiv Corporation will occupy 467,100 SF and Plastipak Holdings, Inc. will occupy 255,953 SF of the 1M SF distribution center on 325 acres.
