According to the Hartford Business Journal, EQT Real Estate acquired four Connecticut distribution properties as part of a $575 million, multistate portfolio sale involving 25 logistics buildings totaling more than 4.3 million square feet. The Connecticut assets include four warehouse and distribution facilities located at 500, 550, 600, and 650 Long Beach Blvd. in Stratford, comprising approximately 428,000 square feet in total. The seller was Mapletree Investments, which sold the broader East Coast portfolio spanning multiple states.
