According to the Hartford Business Journal, a distribution and training facility has been proposed for a 7.65‑acre vacant industrial parcel at 236 Business Park Drive in Bristol, also known as Lot 8, which was recently purchased for $700,000 by South East Bristol Properties LLC. The proposal calls for two separate 10,000‑square‑foot buildings, with an application currently submitted for site plan approval for the first building.
