The asset consists of an 18,720-square-foot building constructed in 1992 and situated on 2.25 acres, with the purchase financed through a $2.92 million mortgage from Windsor Federal Bank. The property is occupied by several healthcare providers, including Hartford HealthCare, Trinity Health Of New England, and Connecticut GI.
