According to the Hartford Business Journal, three industrial lease transactions totaling more than 100,000 square feet were completed in Stratford and Plainville. Construction Resources Co. signed a long-term lease for approximately 32,000 square feet at 500 Lordship Blvd. in Stratford, a property owned by BHD CT Realty LLC that was acquired in 2021 for $6.1 million. In Plainville, Nucor Rebar Fabrication Northeast LLC leased 70,000 square feet at 75 Neal Court, while Tucker Mechanical renewed its existing lease in the 200,000-square-foot building owned by Neal Court LLC.
