According to the Hartford Business Journal, Zaman Roofing has proposed the development of Berlin Flex Center, a 16,000-square-foot flex industrial building at 567 Wethersfield Road in Berlin. The project would be constructed on a 2.31-acre parcel owned by Leaf Stopper LLC and is designed to accommodate contractors, a CNC machine shop, and other flex-space users.
