According to the Hartford Business Journal, a 13,464-square-foot light industrial property at 700 Sherman Ave. in Hamden sold for $1.15 million. The two-tenant building traded for approximately 69% more than its prior purchase price in 2017 and offers potential for future expansion. The acquisition was completed by the founders of Upscale Construction, adding to the company’s real estate holdings in the region.
