According to the Hartford Business Journal, Fareri Associates is seeking approval to convert a 73,851-square-foot office building at 1 East Weaver St. in Greenwich into 44 residential units on a 3.22-acre property. A second proposal by Greenwich Park LLC, also affiliated with Fareri Associates, would expand and convert the office building at 18 Valley Drive into an 87,078-square-foot multifamily property, including structured and surface parking along with affordable housing units.
