According to the Hartford Business Journal, the Connecticut Insurance Department has relocated its headquarters to 280 Trumbull St. in downtown Hartford, becoming the second major state agency to move into the office tower within the past year. The agency signed a 10-year lease for 27,849 square feet and moved 154 employees into the building, downsizing from its previous 41,887-square-foot office at 153 Market St.
