According to the Hartford Business Journal, a redevelopment plan for Targeting Centre in Windsor has shifted from rental apartments to a condominium-focused project, with plans for up to 201 condominium units as part of a larger mixed-use redevelopment. Targeting Centre includes office properties at 1 and 10 Targeting Centre on an 11.6-acre site, where existing office buildings are expected to be replaced over time with residential development. The project also includes new retail space that is expected to be occupied by Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, and Chipotle, with commercial construction anticipated to begin first.
