According to the Hartford Business Journal, a group of investors acquired the industrial property at 600 Day Hill Road in Windsor for $13 million, purchasing a 187,992-square-foot manufacturing facility situated on 29.69 acres. The property was sold by Industrial Lease II PropCo LLC and is fully occupied by Spencer Turbine Co., which has approximately nine years remaining on an absolute-net lease. The new ownership group includes entities affiliated with Devli Real Estate, Regal Ventures, and Snowball Developments.
