According to the Hartford Business Journal, Brady Sullivan received approval to convert the vacant office building at 7 Waterside Crossing in Windsor into 57 apartment units. The project is part of a broader office-to-residential redevelopment strategy at the Waterside Crossing office park and brings the developer’s total planned apartment count across three properties to 228 units.
