According to the Hartford Business Journal, MB Financial is planning a $150 million mixed-use redevelopment of the former MassMutual corporate campus in Enfield, transforming the long-vacant office property into a residential community. The proposal calls for 487 apartments and townhomes to be developed in multiple phases, along with commercial components designed to support the new neighborhood.
