For the second year in a row, Chris took on Ironman Maryland and absolutely kicked ass! He finished in 11:04:46, placing 13th in his age group, 96th for his gender, and 120th overall out of over a thousand athletes! 🤯

The Ruby Rd. site in Willington presented unique challenges with its hilly terrain. Our SC Construction Management team expertly graded the land, transforming what was once a series of hills into a flat, ready-to-build site. This critical step has paved the way for the installation of solar arrays, a significant milestone in this project.
With the site grading complete and storm water management in place, our team is now focused on bringing the rest of the site up to grade and moving forward with the next phases of development. Stay tuned as we continue to transform this site into a state-of-the-art facility.
Our SC Construction Management team has been working tirelessly to ensure the success of this project. From coordinating the logistics of large-scale earthworks to overseeing the installation of critical infrastructure, their dedication and expertise are evident in every aspect of the work.
Our very own Zach Pasquin, who excels as an Industrial Specialist on our brokerage team, faced a life-threatening challenge on August 17, 2024, while performing his duties as a weekend lifeguard at East Beach, Rhode Island. Strong rip tides swept multiple swimmers into danger, and Zach didn’t hesitate to dive in for the rescue. However, the conditions were so intense that Zach, too, became caught in the powerful currents. Thanks to the quick response of his fellow lifeguards and the Watch Hill Fire Department (WHFD), including the vital assistance of WHFD’s Marine 101, all individuals, including Zach, were brought to safety. This incident not only underscores the unpredictable nature of rip tides but also the courage and determination of lifeguards like Zach, who put their lives on the line for others. Sentry Commercial is incredibly proud of Zach’s heroism both in his professional role and in his dedication to community safety.
Today, we recognize Matt Milano’s dedication and hard work as a key part of our Property Management team. His commitment to excellence ensures that our clients receive top-tier service every day.
