We are thrilled to announce that Cayley DeLucia has joined the Sentry Commercial team as our new Assistant Project Manager in the Construction Management Division. Cayley brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and property management, enhancing our project management capabilities and reinforcing our commitment to excellence.

About Cayley DeLucia

Experience: Cayley has a strong background in commercial real estate, having worked as a Commercial Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty and an Assistant Property Manager at Scalzo Property Management Inc. Her expertise includes investment sales, landlord/tenant representation, property and lease valuation, and managing new developments.

Education: Cayley is currently pursuing a major in Construction Management at Central Connecticut State University. She also holds academic credits in Finance from Western Connecticut State University and Business Administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College.

Specialization: Cayley specializes in investment sales, property and lease valuation, landlord/tenant representation, and financial record-keeping. Her diverse skill set makes her a valuable asset to our construction management projects.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in managing commercial and residential properties.
• Skilled in lease administration and property valuation.
• Strong financial management and data entry capabilities.
