According to the Hartford Business Journal, Krown Point Capital purchased a 1.6‑acre parcel at 413 Washington Avenue in North Haven for $1.5 million from a Brooklyn‑based LLC. The company plans to build a 4,824‑square‑foot 7‑Eleven prototype store with six fueling stations and infrastructure for future electric vehicle charging.
