According to the Hartford Business Journal, Invivyd Inc. is more than tripling its New Haven headquarters footprint through a long-term lease for approximately 33,000 square feet at 205 Church St., expanding from about 9,000 square feet at 209 Church St. The new headquarters includes 17,322 square feet on the ground floor, 12,563 square feet on the mezzanine and 2,750 square feet in the basement, within a historic downtown building owned by Cooper Church LLC.
