According to the Hartford Business Journal, Budr Cultivation LLC is proposing an 11,543‑square‑foot cultivation addition to an existing 40,476‑square‑foot industrial building at 305 Hathaway Drive in Stratford. The property is owned by Borealis Cannabis of Shangri‑La, which purchased the former Porter & Chester Institute building for $5 million in October and currently operates a grow facility on site.
