According to the Hartford Business Journal, a Dallas‑based real estate entity sold three office and industrial properties in Wallingford for nearly $10 million across two transactions recorded over the past two months. Two neighboring properties at 29–33 Village Lane sold for a combined $7.18 million and included a 31,850‑square‑foot warehouse along with additional office and industrial space. A third Wallingford property was sold separately, bringing the total disposition close to the $10 million mark.
