According to the Hartford Business Journal, Connecticut lawmakers have created a Working Group on Emerging Construction Methods and Life Safety to evaluate whether current building and fire codes adequately address newer construction techniques, following concerns surrounding projects proposed by Vessel Technologies. The working group will meet through the end of 2026 and is expected to recommend potential regulatory or legislative changes ahead of the 2027 legislative session.
