According to the Hartford Business Journal, Jasko Development expanded its downtown New Britain holdings with a $1.5 million acquisition of the neighboring properties at 2-26 Main St. and 3 Franklin Square, along with a small adjoining parcel at 12 Glen St. The transaction included a 16,326-square-foot office-retail building on a quarter-acre site and a 3,045-square-foot building on a 0.05-acre parcel, both dating to around 1900 and sold by a limited liability company
