According to the Hartford Business Journal, 3R Realty LLC purchased the medical office property at 22 Morgan Farms Drive in South Windsor for $1.4 million and plans to relocate RS Dental CPA’s headquarters into the building while maintaining it as a medical and dental office complex. The asset was acquired from 22 Morgan Farms LLC, whose ownership had purchased the property in 2022 for $1.1 million.
