According to the Hartford Business Journal, an 8,890‑square‑foot warehouse at 64 Raton Drive in Milford sold for $2 million based on city land records. The one‑story industrial building sits on approximately 1.36 acres and was constructed in 1988. The property was acquired by 64 Raton LLC, while the seller was KJC Holdings, which purchased the asset in 2011 for $575,000.
