According to the Providence Business News, Marybud LLC sold an 8,000-square-foot industrial warehouse at 115 Walnut St. in Warwick, Rhode Island for $1.35 million. The property sits on 0.48 acres and includes a single-story warehouse built in 1999 with 20-foot clear heights, two drive-in doors, and more than 25 parking spaces, and was fully leased to a credit tenant at the time of sale.
