According to the Providence Business News, Hay Street Properties LLC sold the industrial property at 104 Hay St. in West Warwick to A&B Realty Holdings LLC for $1.65 million. The asset consists of a 34,105-square-foot industrial building with office space situated on 1.8 acres, and features cold-storage capabilities, nine dock-high loading doors, and 20-foot ceiling heights. Constructed in 1950, the facility is located in a Commercial Industrial zoning district.
