According to the Hartford Business Journal, Sterling Organization received approval to begin renovations at the Copaco Center shopping plaza in Bloomfield, launching the first phase of a broader modernization effort. The project will initially focus on exterior façade improvements to the 439,644-square-foot retail center, which was recently acquired by the new ownership group. The planned upgrades are intended to refresh the property’s appearance and support the long-term repositioning of the shopping center.
