According to the Hartford Business Journal, Woodgrain, an Idaho-based manufacturer of wood and specialty building products, acquired a 622,262-square-foot industrial property in Newington for $32.7 million. The transaction gives the company ownership of the facility it previously occupied as a tenant, along with an additional 30 acres of vacant land associated with the property.
