According to the Hartford Business Journal, Winstanley Enterprises acquired the property at 120 Park Ridge Road in Brookfield for $32.5 million and has leased the approximately 141,000-square-foot building to Leonardo DRS. The facility, which opened in 2021 as the global headquarters for Branson, was developed as an approximately $49 million project and will now serve as the consolidated home for Leonardo DRS’ Naval Power Systems operations currently spread across Danbury and Bethel.
