Working in conjunction with Porter and Chester’s broker, Newmark Knight Frank, our efforts resulted in a smooth transition to a better location for their nursing program. Sentry Commercial facilitated P&C’s move from a rather isolated and very dated (built in 1960) former neighborhood supermarket to a more modern (built in 1989) facility in the heart of Enfield’s retail district.
