Tim Mulcahy is a highly accomplished professional in construction development, wielding over 25 years of industry experience. A significant portion of his career has been dedicated to management roles, securing land acquisitions, and procuring sites for various construction projects. His remarkable ability to negotiate and secure proposals has contributed significantly to the companies he’s worked with.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Tim’s project experience includes but is not limited to:
- Managing a $55.8M comprehensive renovation and extension project at the Global Communications Academy, which achieved LEED Gold certification.
- Directing a $41.7M major renovation and expansion project at Mary Hooker Magnet School, resulting in LEED Platinum certification, a first for any school in New England.
- Overseeing a $2.4M demolition and reconstruction project for a new pre-engineered metal building for park and recreation purposes at Forest Park Storage Facility.
- Leading a $6.3M construction project for four new pre-engineered metal buildings on campus at Rockbestos, each equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

Education:
Tim is a graduate of American International College in Springfield, MA, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. This business-focused background enriches his strategic approach to the management of construction development projects.

Apart from excelling in negotiation and procurement, Tim has a keen understanding of working closely with Architects, Engineers, and Consultants, ensuring each project’s success. He also supervises Sales and Marketing departments, showcasing his versatile abilities beyond construction management.
