THE TALCOTT CENTER FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT

The Goal

The Talcott Center for Child Development is a privately owned therapy center for children with special needs and their families based in Farmington, CT. The Talcott Center offers occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy services, a comprehensive autism program, as well as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

The team works with a vast population ranging in age from birth to 21 years and their clinicians are skilled in working with a wide range of diagnoses, including Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder and developmental delays. In addition to individual services and group programming, they offer parent education, consultation, evaluations and outside referrals as needed.

THE CHALLENGE

The Talcott Center for Child Development needed to relocate in Farmington because their building (Talcott Plaza, 230 Farmington Ave., Farmington) was being razed in favor of a new development.

The Talcott Center hired Sentry Commercial
to represent their interests in this critical assignment.
